No thank you, Dave Sedaris

I think the world can be divided into 2 groups of people- those that appreciate Dave Sedaris, and those that do not. I pledge allegiance to the latter. I just don't find his work to be at all impressive. Yeah, I get it you have a lisp, and your family is weird, so what? It is this sort of obsession with mediocrity that makes nonsense music like the Dave Matthews Band a phenomenon. It's not that I don't get it, I just don't like it. Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Kundera, Baldwin, that is good stuff. That is art. Sedaris is just silly. Thanks, but no thanks.
