Yes. I have left facebook. It is interesting how uncomfortable people seem to be with my decision. And how many people are unable to understand my choosing to spend more time being productive and less time on social networking. Anyway, in the last e-mail I received inquring about my sudden departure, I responding with what I feel is a concise and accurate explaination of my reasoning:"I have left facebook. It began with a growing resentment to being so accessible. Then there was the infringements on my privacy. And the overall superficialness of the interactions. Not to mention the ever-present distraction from more important things. So I have deactivated!"
I am excited to see what shall transpire.
